Responsibilities:
    To handle Motor Third Party (MACT) Cases, Consumer Litigation and 
    Other legal matters related to the assigned location/area through a team of empanelled lawyers.
    To monitor MACT, Consumer and connected litigations for assigned area.
    To manage and administer the day to day proceedings of matters at different tires of litigation.
    To innovate practicable and feasible ways and means to reduce and mitigate the commercial risks involved in the litigations.
    To develop comprehensive and analytical database with respect to the MAC claims.
    Maintaining status report for all the legal matters and co ordination with external counsels.
