Exp - 1 to 5 Years

Must have experience working on wide variety of roles simultaneously.
Good working knowledge of Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Emails, Google Docs, Forms, MS Word, PDF, Excel.
Good with Boolean Search
Need to make 60 - 70 calls per day to reach out candidates and be able to explain the job desc., Screen, evaluate, convince, answer queries and coordinate for End-to-End Recruitment process.
Maintain, Manage, format resume & document the candidates status in Excel / google docs.
Available to work in 9 Hour Day Shift X 6 Days/week.
Must be able to work 12 to 9PM
Own latest laptop, Own Sim card+phone and high Speed wired internet connection with minimum 10 mbps is required.
Work from home for 1 or 2 months only.
Candidates who can come to office in Hyderabad - Uppal - 500092/500098 OR Bhubaneswar - Nayapalli Only - Office starting from December 2021.
