Job Description

Curriculum Developer - Anganwadi

1. Design the Anganwadi curriculum for students

2. Conduct a thorough research on the topic to understand latest techniques and practices

3. Create an Interactive detailed syllabus, workbooks and supporting trainings and digitals

4. Create training modules in sync with the anganwadi planner

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience in planning Anganwadi curriculum
• Thorough understanding of Anganwadi set ups across different age groups for students/ teachers

Desirable Qualifications

1. Expertise in the subject matter

2. Early Childhood Education/B.Sc/M.sc in Home Science/NTT

Primary Content Planner (English Language)

1. Thorough knowledge of the Documents prescribed by the govt. bodies as it applies to primary education for teachers and students

2. Should be able to Research and analyse resources to create and write a proficient English programme for Grades Nursery to 5.

3. Proactively take initiative and come up with various idea to create an interactive syllabus

4. Review and guide the team to create parallel trainings and instructional videos for the teachers in sync with the curriculum

5. Assess and discuss the curriculum standards with the team followed by different countries and boards

6. Create assessments for the Language program keeping the developmental milestones in mind

Desirable requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in Early years upto grade 5

2. Expertise in English subject for early years upto Grade 5

3. Inclination towards extensive curriculum planning/teaching.

4. A strong command on spoken and written English.

5. Robust knowledge of the most recent relevant policies, regulations, theories and practices

B.Ed/M.Ed (English)
