Job Description
You will play a strategic role in helping us to continuously improve our products and business decisions with your strong problem-solving ability and knack for statistical analysis.
Your Responsibilities
- As a product owner, you will be primarily responsible for executing the strategic vision of AI/ML data products.
- You will oversee feature implementations from ideation to launch by collaborating with the business teams, customer teams and engineering teams.
- You will play a pivotal role in driving product strategy and roadmap;
- You will recommend new features based on customer and market-gap analysis.
- You will play the role of release manager. You will own the end-to-end release plan within an agile delivery framework.
- You will help the development team implement features for every release by planning and managing release sprints.
- You will provide regular updates on product progress to key stakeholders;
- You will arrange for release demos, feature walkthroughs, and prepare detailed release notes.
- You will collaborate with the marketing team to create collateral for product marketing activities.
The core competency you should possess Technical/Functional Skills:
1. 2-3 years of relevant experience with a proven track record of playing a similar role for AI/ML implementations (in any domain).
2. Basic knowledge of programming (python preferred) and statistics.
3. Data Analyst/Business Analyst background, with hands on exposure to analysing data using programming languages like python, SQL etc., or analysis tools like Excel/Tableau/Spotfire/Qlikview etc.
4. Experience with Agile Methodology SCRUM/Kanban/any other.
5. Very strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with various functions as well as with third parties to ensure alignment and timely implementation of initiatives.
7. Empathizing with customers and ability to build trust-based relationships.
8. Good at strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills with ability to translate strategy into tactical plans.
9. Appreciation for technical concepts and ideas. Industrial IOT domain or equivalent experience with AI/ML based features being key to the overall solution is a plus
