Good Communication, relation building and articulation of facts with all project stake holders.

Identifying risks and mitigation plan.

Have knowledge on writing SQL Scripts like functions, inner join, Left outer join, Procedures etc.

Should have knowledge of MQ and NDM.

Articulation of facts, Code Review and code review checklist, documentation.

Knowledge of Cloud technology, process automation, DevOps will be added advantage.

Domain Knowledge: AML Domain knowledge [KYC, CDD, EDD, Screening, Transaction Monitoring, Workflow (Alert workflow), regulatory reporting] is added advantage.
