• Must understand the complete product development lifecycle and be able to mentor the team by providing technical guidance and decisions.
• Experience in Mixed signal, high speed electronics systems design and development.
• Experience with communication protocols such as ARINC-429, ARINC-717, CAN.
• VHDL experience is a plus
• Experience with design and analysis of Analog, digital, power circuits, sensor interfaces, FPGAs.
• Experience in LCD Displays, CCD based camera systems, Video processing systems, High performance servers development
• Experience in requirements capture and validation, schematic capture, board bring-up and troubleshooting.
• Experience with hardware/firmware/software integration.
• Understanding of configuration management, requirements traceability (DOORS) and related processes.
• Knowledge of DO-254, DO-160, HALT, HASS tests Experience with qualification testing.
• Strong technical team leadership and mentoring skills. Ability to coordinate multi-disciplined team.
• Experience in making presentations and communicating with management/customers.
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.

Qualification:

• BE/Masters in Electrical /Electronics; 10 to 15 years
