Your Profile

• Draft of the board/ general meeting documents and filing of the same for records
• E-form filing with the regulatory authorities in compliance with Companies Act, 2013, FEMA Regulations.
• Read and inform on the recent amendments in Companies Act, 2013, FEMA regulations, Secretarial Standards and other acts/ notifications applicable to the Company and preparation of a summary.
• Prepare of draft documents for Event based activities in the Company.
• Liaision with the investor group and management for monthly/ quarterly activities.

• Comply with the requirements of the investor group companies.

Your Checklist

• Candidate who has cleared all the groups of CS Professional exam.
• Knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and other legal knowledge.
