Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
Responsible for developing new Key Banc (NBFC/BFSI - except ICICI Bank) partners, manage business from existing relationships. Motivate and lead the KRG team PAN India. Managing banc assurance product range and processes. Formulate strategy for sales, marketing and distribution for insurance products to suit client needs. Continually review existing product range, processes and sales channels to ensure Banc assurance products are aligned to our target segments. Negotiations with the product provider for fee revenue and marketing budget. Design lucrative incentive structure to mobilize interest with the sales teams across channels. Monitor industry and competitor trends.
Skills Required: Domain Knowledge & Expertise: Knowledge & understanding of various products in General Insurance industry Data & Information Analysis: Use and Interpret data to draw the conclusions and findings Communication Skills: Ability & Skill to identify & convey critical nuances and qualifiers to facilitate complete understanding to the matter with excellent written & oral communication skills Behavior & Attitude: Integrity, Passion, Compliance with conscience, handling highly confidential information in a professional manner Task Leadership: Executes with speed and accuracy, takes accountability, delivers in a time bound manner, spots opportunities & gaps, learns, unlearns & re-learns, mobilizes stakeholders to deliver on the task Team Handling: Interpersonal skills, ability to interact in a team environment, team building skills and ability to engage and guide the team members for execution of tasks assigned .
Required Qualification / Experience: Full Time Graduate / Post Graduate
