Job Role: Associate/Sr. Associate - International Voice Support (Customer Support, Inbound process-Technical support) Education Criteria: 12th / Any Graduate (Under graduate is also eligible)

Experience: Minimum 1 year Experience in International voice process or Sales (Customer Support preferably). Shift Timings: US-Shift (Rotational) 5-Days Working. Salary Grid - 2.5 LPA to 4.2 LPA (Basis Experience & Last CTC

Two way cab available (Pick-Up & Drop) Key Skills Required:

Proficient in English
Persuasive and a good negotiator
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with appropriate priority while performing customer service.
High on Customer Centricity
Strong soft skills
Strong logical reasoning & probing capability
