We are hiring for International Voice Process for Tech Support

Job Title: Associate Technical Support
Experience: 1 year International voice experience is MUST.
Education: Diploma or 12th or Graduation.
Joining: Immediate (7 days 15days).

Responsibilities:

Strong Soft Skills & need to have good command over English.
Would be responsible for providing end-to-end solutions for all customer Technical related queries regards to Modem, Router, IP Address and Basic Technical troubleshooting Knowledge
High on Customer Centricity
Strong Logical reasoning & probing capability
