We are hiring for Technical Support Associates (International Voice Process)

Work Location: Hyderabad (Hi-Tech City office)

Experience: 1 to 6years

Notice Period: Preferably Immediate joiners.

Job Description

Candidate should be aware of basic technical knowledge in LAN, WAN and handling basic Internet issues.

Troubleshooting of technical related issues and ensure to resolve the issues or queries over the call.

Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.

Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments (US Shift), comfortable to work in night shifts.

Transport facility available (Pick & Drop).

5 days working.

Key Qualifications & Skills Required:

Any Graduate, Diploma or Intermediate with excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions.
Min 6 months of Voice Tech Support experience or 12 months BPO or any Voice Calling Experience.
Freshers are not eligible.
Should be quick learner and self-motivated.

Freshers are not eligible.
Experience apart from BPO will not be considered.
Candidate should carry an original & a Photocopy of the Aadhar card.
