Job Description

• Building demand function from scratch.
• Understanding the different types of buyer partners.
• Acquiring different types of clients and generating business from them.
• Hiring a potential team and managing them.
• Problem-solving for every type of buyer associate separately.
• Creating tracking mechanisms to derive maximum competence generation out of the sales team.
• Working closely with the supply and operations team to ensure high customer satisfaction and revenue escalation.
• Handling Key account management with high-quality buyers.
• Manage a multi-layered team of 50-100 people and be responsible for their performance.

• Should be preferably an MBA from Tier 1/2 Colleges.
• Candidates with relevant experience from FMCG, Retail, E-commerce Industry are preferable.
• 2-5 Years experience in field sales, area sales, regional sales across FMCG, Retail/ E-commerce.
• Leading a young and motivating the inspired team to become the place for B2B business.
• Communicating efficiently and driving placement on the mission, goals/ targets.
• Super associated with customer experience.
• Responsible for recruiting, training, and performance management of the team.
• Drive category growth through new initiatives.
• Interpreting and analyzing data to understand problems sharply.
• Will be required to work with other functions (Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations).
