Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Please find below JD for BD Financial Modeling:

• Preparing financial models for analyzing the financial viability of a land or project to evaluate the feasibility for its acquisition.
• Ability to analyze target land/projects financial viability based on accurate assumptions as well as inputs as provided by liaison and architect teams. These projects could include Residential, commercial or Retail including greenfield, brown field projects. The nature of projects could include all types of redevelopment, outright land transactions including projects under Banks IBC codes.
• Developing Valuation Report for the Management for assessing fair value of Business/New Proposals
• Preparing of Information Memorandum of Proposals to pitch Private Equity funds/investors and Banks etc
• Active participation in structuring of Term Sheets/LOIs, negotiation and documentation of the Definitive Documents like JDA, Conveyance Deeds etc. and closure related activities.
• Due diligence (Finance & Legal) process by analyzing financial statements and assessment of Key Business process cycle.
• Bid for the Land/Ready Projects/Projects under IBC Code 2016 as received from the Owners, Brokers, IPC and the Resolution Professionals.
• Conducted market pricing analysis for selected project locations based on catchment area, studied impact of market demand supply scenario & upcoming infrastructure projects, on future pricing trends
• Working Closely with COO on Business Development, Sales & Operation strategy, compliances & financial impacts of key parameters from RERA & GST implications
