Desired Candidate Profile
Position DescriptionAct as a focal point interact with business (Domain), gather requirements, BRD / SRD convey the requirement to the development team and ensure clarity. Ensure release deadlines are achieved. Plan on the important aspects of the release, changes & coordinate with the development team, business side. Liaising with testing team. Ensure deployment process been followed.
What you will do for Sectona
Leads the software development team during the design/build phases of the SDLC
Manage in the entire lifecycle of the product - design, documentation, coding and release.
Use .net/related technologies, OOPs concepts etc. to build modular & loosely coupled applications.
Demonstrate good knowledge of software engineering best practices such as: versioning and versioning control, software packaging and software release management.
Build products with a view to maximizing ease of operations of those products and facilitate rapid development and deployment of new features and changes.
Integrate third party products, understand the underlying platform of those products.
Generate release notes to accompany each major release.
Skills you require
BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc (CS) / B.Sc (CS)
3-6 year software development experience in C#, ASP.NET, HTML5, Bootstrap, JavaScript and Database (Microsoft SQL & MySQL)
Can exhibit a passion and enthusiasm for remarkable technology
You are passionate about good design, performance and scalability
Utilize solutions-oriented, systematic approach to developing & designing software
Must have skills
o Hands on in Visual Studio 2015/2017 with Visual Studio Team Service
o Windows and IIS
o Experience in Change & Release process
o Experience in SDLC cycle
Nice to have skills
o PMP certification
o Jscript/JSON/jQuery
o MS Office, MS Project and Excel advanced
o Business Analysis experience
Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Computers, B.Sc - Computers
PG: MS/M.Sc(Science) - Cyber Security Engineering, Computers, MCA - Computers, M.Tech - Computers
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
