Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Offsite surveillance / monitoring of transactions, providing support to Branches /Departments, raising quality audit alerts for operational errors / suspicious transactions /fraud risk alerts and necessary follow-up with the stakeholders for logical conclusion /action taken report, if any.
• Maintenance of necessary databases.
• Trend Analysis to identify the increase / decrease in various operational /fraud Risk parameters.
• Execution of various SQL queries through Crystal reports, Business Objects etc.
• Verifying transaction entries and collecting documents necessary for auditing
• Evaluating risks and internal controls and developing reports
• Implementing financial controls compliance.
• Analysis of Multiple reports (customer transaction reports)
• Identified and fixed critical internal control issues and improved efficiency
• Conducting timely and accurate audit, and contributing to the training of employees
• Recommending in improving internal activities and ways on increasing customer database

Skills:

• Strong experience in accounting and auditing
  Familiarity with auditing methods, Internal processes, Accounting principles, and database management
  Experience in implementing and testing effectiveness of internal controls
  Experience I n Retail Audit / Trade Finance Audit / LCC Audit
