Roles and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a number of Inbound and Outbound calls in a timely manner
• Maintain regular follow-up with Customer till closure

• If NON DRA CERTIFICATE - Freshers & Exp Callers up to 1 Year Experience in Voice Process may apply
• Candidates fluent in more than three languages will have added advantage;
• Any Graduation Degree
