Customer Relationship Executives Across India for E Commerce Apparel Site Long Term Work From Home Across India
Client Company has more than 10 thousand customers
Work Profile
Call up Customers (Database to be provided by Company) and engage with customers to sell Sarees and other garments
Sending Images to Customer over WhatsApp and other means of Images from the Website in and effort to book Sales
Push Sales on Daily Basis
Log in Status Report Online
Check on Order Shipping Status with HO
Checking with customer till delivery of product
Keeping in touch with Customer for repeat order (to the tune of 1 or 2 every month)
Updating MIS
Updating New Products on Website (Training to be provided)
Background
Candidate with 1+ years of Telesales
Preference to be given to candidates who have experience in WhatsApp Sales
Salary + Incentive
Salary based on last drawn but will be within 7 thousand to 12 thousand / month + Incentives based on Collections
