Manager / Sr. Manager - Sales position for Analytical Testing and Chemistry Services
Work place : Bangalore Education & Expertise : Maters in Science / Pharmacy + MBA Management Degree Knowledge of Analytical testing and Chemistry Synthesis and manufacturing 8-10 years in relevant field Excellent communication skills in written and verbal. Personality with drive to reach decision making in essential The individual must be highly motivated and self-starter, able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including LinkedIn. Job Description: Identify the potential leads from small to big pharma and big pharm and chemical companies Prepare a data base using publicly available information and social networking sites like LinkedIn Prepare / update marketing material to demonstrate the expertise Follow-up on leads to generate RFI and RFP. Responsible to manage the conferences, trade shows and road shows Prepare a annual sale plan for the organization covering all the service verticals Meet and exceed agreed sales targets Key account management Reporting: Reporting to the Director of the company
