Extensive experience in bringing new clients/business for the company by selling Company Services.
Empanel New / Interested Client Prospects.
Generate new business leads and opportunities.
Working on Professional Networking sites like Linked-in etc.
Research over the internet about the potential clients company and its key decision-makers.
Get contact information and interact with HR over the phone, emails and personal visits.
Meeting the potential clients personally and try and get the T & C signed on the dotted lines and getting the requirements and forwarding it to the recruitment team.
Proven ability in Business development activities like - Cold Calling, Lead Generation, clients follow ups, revenue generation, coordination, meeting with clients & regular client interactions.
Should possess strong customer service skills.
Must be able to create good presentations.
Should be able to prepare reports using MS Excel.
Must have excellent communication, Email, Negotiation & interpersonal skills.
Should be willing to travel outside, if required.
