Background of candidate should be preferably electrical/electronic having in-depth experience in maintaining Tractor Assy plant equipment s
Candidate should be through inBreakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance (I&R), Predictive maintenance, Periodic maintenance, Corrective maintenance, Maintenance prevention, Autonomous maintenance. Enhance Equipment reliability by Lengthening equipment MTBF and shortening equipment MTTR. Maintenance spares inventory management. Maintenance team member s skill enhancement and motivation. Facing audits of ISO/TS16949 & OSHAS 14001.
PLC programming, Teaching & maintaining of Painting Robots (ABB). Paint shop (PT, CED, Paint booth, Finish line) and assembly line maintenance (Pneumatic & DC Torque tools, manipulators, oil and diesel dispensers), Conveyors overhead and Ground slat conveyors, Fanuc welding Robots, Graco 2K Pro mix, Utilities such as DG sets, Transformers, Compressors, Chillers, Driers & Cooling Tower. Experience of all types of Bake Ovens Electrical, Diesel & Propane gas fired, EOT Cranes of Demag make, HT Yard Utilities, Propane , FO , HSD Bulk Tank Storage and supply systems, Calibration & Testing setups used for Electronic Energy meters.
Effectively & pro-actively lead projects initiated for P Q C D S M improvement.
Handling a versatile & self-motivated Team of more then 50 members.
Experience
4 to 8 yrs
