We are Hiring for Sr. Associate-Team Leader

Additionally, you will have to ensure the below responsibilities.
1. Manage a team of 15-20 team members
2. Control Shrinkage/attrition
3. Regular quality audits && feedback sharing to ensure process guidelines are
followed
4. Ownership of the end to to end process
5. Timely report sharing with the client
6. Key role in training and conducting KT on a weekly basis

1. 3 year or above to be into operations and managing teams
2. Understanding business requirements and act accordingly
3. Excel && PowerPoint knowledge for reporting
4. Positive minded && Excellent communication Skills
