We are looking for Aggressive and Passionate Go- getters who are in line with our Mission and Vision! Fluent in English and Hindi Must have the ability to comply with the internal CRM in following up Qualitative Leads and converting them to join us as Franchises. Highly Preferred if one has experience in selling to any of the two industries - Franchisee appointing in Education or Restaurants and has brief knowledge regarding Robotics, IoT and Technology Oriented Areas Also, an experience of 2 to 5 years of sales career in franchisee appointments in India is preferred. Excellent relationship building , Negotiation and diplomatic Client Handling skills are definitely needed from you! Overall - Creativity, Meeting sales goals, Sales planning skills and a Motivation for sales is what we are looking for!! Job Description: Running sales hurdles on a regular basis as required by the company. Understanding and responding to potential franchisee inquiries. Interviewing and assessing franchise applicants Arranging promotional activities to enhance sales. Management of the entire franchisee recruitment process from lead management to the sign-up of a new franchise Approach prospects and close deals individually, apart from the team management. Commitment of monthly quarterly franchise recruitment target for self team and go all out to reach them
