Experience in automation will be added advantage but not mandatory
Experience on creating test plans, test cases
Should be familiar with software development process and testing methodologies
Good analytical skills and technical skills
Good communication skills

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
