We provide Design and build services to clients which opt for commercial spaces. Our services include

Design Services

General Contracting

Civil and Interior (C&I) services

Turnkey contracts

The candidate needs to have sound knowledge of commercial real estate market and should be aggressive in follow ups, he should be able to connect well with all the leading PMC's, Architects and clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

Source clients through PMC/ IPC and own transaction network

Meeting prospective clients and give company presentation

Convert the prospect to lead to customer and get the RFP from the client

Creativity with in sales techniques and marketing schemes.

Your job as abusinessdevelopmentmanager is to identify sales leads, pitch services to clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

Incumbent needs at least 10+ Year's experience In Sales and Customer/BusinessRelationshi p Management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Needs to be from the interior design/PMC/ IPC/Fit out/ Commercial Real Estate industry

Should have good network and connect PAN India

Should be able to generate leads independently for commercial real estate transactions

Needs to have good communication and presentation skills

Growth oriented
