Job Description:

Objectives of this Role

1) Closing open positions in agreed TAT

2) Vendor Management

3) Sharing open positions with consulting partners

4) Candidate line ups for Interviews & coordination with line managers

5) Timely feedback to be provided to consulting partners

6) Candidate documentation for offer release

7) On boarding and E code creation of new joiners before DOJ

8) Self-Sourcing of candidates from online portals and company portal
