Job Description

Working as a production in charge of precious metal refinery of refining pure goldAnd silver. Responsible for production planning of gold and silver. Responsible for recovery pm and daily report and or preparing. Prepare and maintain all plant documents. Coordinate with team member and lead team. In addition the responsibility includes the casting of silver and gold bar casting . Responsible produce 99.99% 10kg gold bar , 99.5% 1kg gold bar and ten told. 100gms gold bar . Responsible produce 99.99% 1kg silver bar and 100gms silver bar 20mm pure silver grains. Responsible for the effective operation of gold mud/aqua regia leaching process and precipitation process . Responsible for the effective operation of silver electro refinery. Effective operation for silver bar.silver grain and gold casting . Effective operation ten tola, 1 kg, 10kg gold bar and silver 1kg bar and 100gms silver bar. Responsible for the effective operation of the Utilities such boller(25)tr. Air Compressor, cooling tower and also jobs comprising the control of feed, temperature and other variable parameters. Responsible for the processing of the effluent generated during the process in effluent treatment plant. Troubleshoots minor of operation problem and reports major problems and emergencies To us operations team leader with proposed solutions
