Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Performing In-process Quality checks (IPQA) at production and verification of production activities as per standard procedures and cGMP.
• Review of completed and On-line Batch production Records.
• Reviewing of new Batch production Records.
• Review of online BMR and BPR before dispatch.
• Review/Checking of dispatch labels/ containers/ packing against packing list.
• Performing line clearance during production change over.
• Monitoring of validations such as: Cleaning validation and Process validation.
• Fulfill the documentation requirements and co- ordinate with external audits and internal audits.
• Documentation system Issue, Retrieval and control of Documents.
• Verifying the production equipment, records and their calibration.
• Monitoring the production block and pharma area cleanliness daily.
• Monitoring of process activity as per batch manufacturing record/ batch packing records.
• Ensuring online entries of BMR, log books, discrepancies to be rectified immediately.
• Ensuring status board are updated as per the activity.
• Implementation of all c GMP systems in manufacturing facility.
