Key Responsibilities and skills
Able to coordinate and prioritize technical tasks and deliver within agreed timelines
Ability to provide technical system solutions, determine overall design direction and provide hardware recommendations for complex technical issues
Experience planning and developing support processes and adhering to best practices
Experience designing, integrating and managing complex software solutions
Experience with web technologies and enterprise architectures
Good understanding of Open source (Java / J2EE applications) as well as Oracle and their deployment and integration across an enterprise
Knowledge of client-server networking and database management concepts. Up to date knowledge of technology including Service Oriented Architecture, Event driven architectures and web application development concepts
Web server and application server administration and web applications deployment experience
Experience on middle-ware / application Server and other relevant technologies including Oracle / Microsoft / WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, JRun, Tomcat
Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies
Understanding of system security, including encryption standards, SEIM and network segregation
Able to create delivery plan for enhancements and track with team to closure
Excellent verbal and written communication skill, ability to speak with customer, understand the tasks, share actions and handle escalations
A team player with a to do attitude for delivering the assigned work. Should be ready to do hands on work for any new feature, PoC, client ask where needed
