TRAVEL PROCESS

Travel Backend Process

Minimum 6 months of exp in Travel process , or should have done Travel course/ Travel diploma.

5 Days working plus Transportation facility is provided.

Rotational shifts

location-Gurgaon

JD:

This position is responsible for Online GDS support function.

Understand the customers problem accurately, follow the established procedures to investigate and resolve the problem, and communicate with the customers.

Handles End to end airline operations- Reservations, Bulk bookings, Notification, Re-booking, Credit card verification, Queues Management, Perform PNR Creation, Pricing, Cancellation, Divide/Split PNR.

Handles issues, amendments & cancellations by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit.

Working on any GDS

Reissue & Refund tickets through GDS

Working on Schedule change & Unfinished PNRs

Requirements:

Fresher/experienced can apply

Product Knowledge

Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Galileo)

IATA Geography with Major Cities, Airports and Airlines Codes

Knowledge of Global indicators, Different type of Fares & Fare Rules
