We are Hiring for Corporate Recruiter @ Sunrise Biztech Systems (Manyata Tech Park) Bangalore.

Position: Corporate Recruiter/Domestic Recruiter/TAG

Location: Bangalore, KA-INDIA (Currently offering WFH opportunity)

Experience: 6months-5yrs of experience into recruitment
Shift Timings: 4:00 pm to 1:00am (IST) with only 5 days working (Sat & Sun Fixed off)

Job Description:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Involve in End to End recruitment NON IT Hiring; right from sourcing, screening, coordinating the interviews, release the offer and follow up with the candidates.
• Call the candidates extensively and provide them the job opportunity and close the job position accordingly.
• Utilize multiple techniques to source candidates, preferably LinkedIN. These techniques include but are not limited to cold calling, referrals, job boards, professional associations etc.
• Should have experience working with Staffing Industry & Hiring US Recruiters

General Skills:

• 1 to 4 year of experience in Recruitment preferably from US Staffing Industry
• Should have excellent communication skills
• Should be able to deliver results under minimum supervision

****Graduation is mandatory****
