Libsys, Inc is seeking a seasoned Sales Executive for the companys sales & business development efforts. Ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge in the Staffing Industry a track record of success in providing metrics-driven performance results.


Requirements


  • Proven IT sales/business development experience with top notch companies.
  • Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the Libsys solution and identify potential clients within the target market.
  • Scheduling appointments (phone or in-person) between prospects and assigned sales representatives to introduce our services and educate the prospect on the value of our services.
  • Strong strategist with a client retention focus.
  • Proven experience in growing and managing a large account team.
  • Establish and maintain a solid networking pipeline in the surrounding territory
  • Must be willing and able to travel to client facilities, Company offices, and vendor facilities.
  • Strong sales presentation, persuasion and closing skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to effectively work autonomously with minimal management direction
  • Effective rapport-building and relationship management skills
  • Ability to take initiative and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities

  • Expand Libsys staff augmentation presence and acquire new customers.
  • Maintain a qualified pipeline of prospects sufficient to achieve assigned targets or exceed targets.
  • Establish relationships at appropriate client levels to identify strategic / technology IT staffing needs.
  • Assist with the negotiations of contracts per company policies.
  • Planning, exhibiting and attending industry trade shows, conferences and other related sales events.
  • Prepare sales reports as requested by Management.
  • Provide necessary services and resources to implement the solution. Identify and manage vendor relations, corporate clients and give sales presentations / seminars to increase customer base.
