Position: Genesys Associate Consultant / Consultant
Job Profile:
To be involved in Implementing, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support of all Genesys Modules.
Facilitate designing of User Requirements (Project Specific).
Development of Solution Design document.
Solution Deployment.
Onsite GenseysTrouble Shooting.
Experience: Overall 2-5 Yrs of experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Genesys.
Technical Skills:
CTI/ACD/CC/Voice experience in Genesys CTI.
Genesys Routing Multimedia (Email, chat) Routing / Voice routing.
Genesys GAD customization.
Genesys Installation/Configuration for Framework.
Genesys Outbound suite /Outbound campaigns.
Troubleshooting Genesys logs on UNIX and Windows platform for apps like URS, T-servers & Strategies.
Genesys Call Center Reporting, Call Center Analyzer/Call concentrator.
Genesys IVR setup and config, Exp with other IVRs, VTO Manager.
Experience in implementation/maintenance of Contact Center on Genesys.
