Operating 24 hours a day, RVS Informatics IT PVT LTD provides a bespoke range of managed, hosted and support services designed to fit varied business models. We work alongside existing IT departments especially on projects such as virtualisation, hosted exchange, data backup, disaster recovery, security, networks and technology refreshes. Our ever expanding team of IT experts look after our clients based in USA, UK, mainland Europe, Middle East and as far as Singapore in the east.Success of any business is in its customers satisfaction. The same can be seen in more new challenges coming our way. To deliver those challenges, RVS Informatics is currently looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals who can come together as a team and deliver the services customers want. We currently have opportunities for IT Experts, Senior IT Consultants, Network Security & Technology Experts (L1, L2, L3) for our Networks Operation Centre based in Jammu.

Freshers with good communication and desktop level (L1) troubleshooting knowledge can also apply.
Years of Experience : 1 - 6 Years
If you have knowledge and working experience on below technologies or are passionate enough to learn and deliver below then do get in touch:
1. Windows Server/ Active Directory/DNS/DHCP
3. Office 365/Exchange Server (Not limited to Office 365 support)
4. Excellent Desktop troubleshooting skills
5. Virtualization (Hyper-V and/or VMWare)
6. Firewall / Router / Network Security
7. Windows Server Backups and Disaster Recovery
8. Having experiene on remote support
9. Windows Servers triaging and monitoring (Setup, Patching, Server provisioning, Maintenance, performance tuning, troubleshooting)
10. Customer service/satisfaction approach

4. Willing to take initiatives and passionate about delivering solutions
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications, operating systems, network devices (routers, firewalls etc.) and printers
Basic remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix Working knowledge of Apple MAC
* Monitor the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications, and respond accordingly through service tickets
* Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
* Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction.
Backup/recovery of Windows Servers Deployment of Active Directory domain services across multiple sites/subnets, Administration, Migration, Group policy Objects, WSUS, etc.
* DNS administration
