Roles and Responsibilities
- Ability to interact, Sourcing resumes from all universities, job portals using any and all networks and getting the OPT/CPT/EAD candidates on company W2.
- Should be able to get H1-B Transfer/Project Transfer resources from their own database and referrals.
- Strong experience and understanding of OPT US Hiring, Capable of getting students for any technology & Maintaining a database of OPT candidates.
- Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT/H1-B/GC/ USC candidates from Job portals, Universities, networks, Social Networking sites, and other sources and job boards.i.e. Dice, Career builder, Monster, Corp-Corp, etc.
- Recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1-B, TN visa holders, and EADs.
- Coordinating the entire recruitment process until the consultant is on-boarded.
- Posting advertisements on university sites and various job portals.
- Should possess good knowledge of various technologies in the market.
- Need to have excellent knowledge of Tax terms like C2C, W2, and 1099.
- Need to maintain a good relationship with team members as well as consultants.
- Maintaining a good database for the follow-ups.
- Explaining and Negotiation compensation/packages, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, qualification to determine pay type/rate, relocation benefits for the consultants.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Should be willing to work in USA timings.
- Positive thinker, energetic, articulate, and highly motivated with strong work ethics.
- Must be self-directed, ability to work independently, highly responsive, and detail oriented in completing assigned tasks.
- Exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills.
