Qualification : Graduate in Law mandatory.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience
Salary : 3.5 LPA- 4 LPA
Location : Mumbai - Prabhadevi

1.   Advise on legal and regulatory requirement to mitigate legal risk of the Company
2.   Ensure timely advise and/or resolution to the stakeholders as and when required
3.   Drafting and vetting of Insurance Policy Contracts
4.   Verify the documents to be filed along with the insurance product and ensure filing of insurance products as per the filing process prescribed by the regulator
5.   Responsible to track the queries of regulator and ensure timely submission
6.   Review of marketing and other collaterals as prescribed by the regulator and ensure compliance
7.   Review contents for channel partners in accordance with regulatory prescriptions. 
8.   Grievance resolution and response to legal notices
9.   Drafting of reply of legal notices, government communication related to government insurance schemes and standardization of templates
10. Research, Project and Innovation
11. Maintaining status report for all the legal matters and coordination with internal stakeholders
12. To maintain MIS of all the tasks and submitting analytical reports to management from time to timeSkills        Basic Knowledge and understanding of Insurance Business
        Excellent interpersonal communication at all level (verbal/written)
        Problem Solving and analytical skill
        Ability to multi task and meet deadline
