Role / Designation : Content Marketing Manager

Building content is just a part of the puzzle, to have a sustained impact of the content being created, we need to have a bigger picture in mind. For the exact same thing, Recykal is looking for a Content Manager to help build, drive, implement and monitor Content Strategies for our products and solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop content strategy in line with the thought leadership, goals and objective of Recykal, with our in-house team of content
• creators.

• Work in tandem with the Brand Manager and their style guide to align Recykals portrayal in the world.

• Update web content, working with digital marketing, product marketing, and creative

• Implement new tools and processes for effective creation and measurement of content.

• Understand the target audiences and their key demographics, interests, and online behavior with keyword research

• Facilitating internal and external stakeholder interviews to identify business objectives and subject matter experts

• Plan estimates for staff, creative resources and paid promotion

• Plan the calendar with types of content (ex: blog posts, ebooks, white papers, infographics, etc.) that will be created with
• the channels that will be used to distribute the content (and why)

• An execution plan outlining the publishing frequency, production workflow (creation, reviews and approvals) and ongoing maintenance
• of the content

• Content Performance Monitoring and Analysis

• Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics

Skill Sets Expected:

• 3-6 years of proven work experience as a Content marketing manager
