Job Description

Technical Project Manager:

Qualification Experience:

• Hands on experience on public cloud offerings (Azure preferred)
• Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Operations and stability of the environments in accordance with established procedures and best practices.
• Experience in configuring and managing enterprise monitoring and resource tracking systems
• Ability to automate operations
• Expertise in at least one of the scripting languages (Shell, Python )
• Experience in versioning tools like Git
• In-depth knowledge of System, Network and Application security principles and practices.
• Interest to explore & learn new applications for log management, messaging, bot mitigation, API management, Instrumentation etc.

Responsibilities Delieverables:

• Keep the customer-facing services available at top performance by using proactive monitoring tools and maintaining the constant health of the supporting systems.
• Manage the operations and stability of the environments in accordance with established procedures and best practices.
• Should be able to provide direction to the team in managing and automating operational dashboards and alerts
• Plan the team shift and rotations for 24/7 availability. Monitor and measure the team performance
• Coordination with cross functional teams (Dev, Test, Product management etc.,)
• Manage the expectation from stakeholders and adhere to the defined SLAs
