Job Description

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Minimum 14+ years of experience in research and development
Ph.D. or Masters in Computer Science specialization in Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning Signal processing
Deep expertise in machine learning, artificial intelligence methods and technologies
Business acumen and understanding of business and customer needs
Ability to combine detailed insights into a helicopter view
Strong analytical skills
Ability to create value and impact by delivering meaningful innovations, IP, transfers to business that contribute to the growth of Philips

Personal Characteristics

Excellent influencing, negotiation and networking skills
Both a team player and able to work independently
Able to manage uncertainties
