1 to 8 Years of Experience in Banking / Financial Services /
NBFC in SME Business Sales (Secured) experience.
Good Communication and interpersonal Skills

Job Role Specifics To develop the business of SME Secured Loans with High ticket

and deliver month on month Targets.
To develop more channel business with DSAs.
To develop relations with DSA's & Customers to achieve
referral customers
Ensure that maximum business references are converted into
successful business opportunities
Business Development and acquisition, through DSAs
Maintain key partner relationships- Internal and External
Ownership and Servicing of Key Clients
Maintenance of Portfolio Quality and performance

Salary Range:

Fixed per annum - 6.5 lac to 11.5 lac p.a. + Monthly Incentives + Annual Bonus + other benefits
