Objectives:


Rendering services to Citibank customers and ensuring satisfactory, first-time resolution is provided for all customer queries

Core Responsibilities:


  • Be the best for our customers
  • Ensure process efficiency
  • Cross-sell / upsell set products

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:


  • Be the best for our customers by
  1. Displaying complete onus to customers queries / problems
  2. Delivering service with requisite courtesy and accuracy
  3. Adhering to product and process requirements, with nil errors
  4. Escalating customer issues to the right internal stakeholders
  5. Effectively resolving customer complaints at the first instance, with excellent customer satisfaction scores
  • Ensure process efficiency and effectiveness by
  1. Complying to service and sales guidelines
  2. Achieving Call Quality targets
  3. Resolving customer queries at the first instance of contact, with minimum call handling time
  • Cross-sell / upsell set products like

- Loans and mortgages

- Priority / elite accounts


Desired Candidate Profile :

Education: Graduate / Post Graduate from a recognized university


Experience:

  • Candidates with 0 to 12 months of experience
  • 6 to 12 months of experience in the Customer Service industry

Skills:

  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Service mindset
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Good comprehension skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Knowledge about the Banking industry will be an added advantage
