Responsibilities: 4 We are looking for self-motivated young professionals who are eager to learn and apply themselves in a start-up environment Create and implement actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn etc Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience Manage and oversee social media content Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology Measure the success of every social media campaign Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
Education & Skillsets: 3-5 years of social media management experience Proficient and to-date with the latest in social media trends Familiarity with web design and publishing Knowledge of social media marketing tools Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
