Scope of work
As a practitioner, in our Consulting practice, you will have the opportunity to build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the goal of exceeding client expectations. Here is an overview of your responsibilities:
- Understand existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of a structured change control process
- Experience of architecture, design, and implementation of complex, highly available and highly scalable Cloud solutions
- Strong knowledge in Cloud-best practices and hands-on experience in design, implementation, and/or support
- Experience in a broad set of technologies related to IT infrastructure and cloud to drive the adoption of Cloud in enabling the transition from traditional platforms to cloud-ready architectures.
- Solve day-to-day issues arising while running robotics processes and provide timely resolutions

We are hiring for the following skills
- Mean/Mern/Java Developers with 3+ years of experience
- Nodejs Developer with 3+ yrs experience
- Azure/GCP/AWS Data Engineer
1. Mern/Mean Stack Developer
Must have skills:
- Hands-on experience on core JavaScript which includes but not limited to topics like various
Constructs, methods, best practices, AJAX, JSON, best practices for framework, framework
architecture, difference between various frameworks which to choose, when, why; app
architecture and build systems, version control GIT; etc.
- Hands-on experience of Node.js, npm packages, Express framework, Typescript, NestJS etc.
Hands-on experience on multiple JavaScript Frameworks like JQuery, Angular, React etc.
Hands-on experience on different databases like MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis
Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
Ability to work seamlessly and effectively communicate in a cross-functional team
Knowledge of requirements to develop highly performance web apps
Experience with Continuous Integration and automated testing strategies
Ability and desire to thrive in a proactive, high-pressure, customer-facing, environment
Experience with Ant or Maven build tools, SVN/GIT source control systems
Strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skills
Microservices service registry, circuit breakers, rate limiters, gRPC, healthcheck
Concepts Authentication, MERN, Headless architecture, Domain driven design, CQRS
Processes CI/CD, DevOps
2. Java Developer/Tech Lead
Must Have skills
- Hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring (Boot, Batch, Cloud, Integration, Test, MVC), Microservices, REST APIs, SOAP
- API design tool: Swagger Hub
- Rule Engine: IBM ODM
- Portal: IBM Websphere portal server, JBoss
- Identity Management: Sailpoint Identity IQ
- Repository: SVN, Git, BitBucket
- Build tools: Jenkins, Maven
- Monitoring tools: Splunk, AppDynamic
- Defect tracking tool: Jira, Confluence, Stash, ALM
- PL/SQL, MS SQL
- Strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience of at least one of the Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP or MS Azure)
- Very well acquainted with OOPs concepts and design patterns
3. Nodejs Developer
Must Have skills
- Backend skills Typescript, express, nodeJS
Databases MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
Microservices service registry, circuit breakers, rate limiters, gRPC, healthcheck
Concepts Unit testing, Authentication, MERN, Headless architecture, Domain driven design ,
CQRS
Processes CI/CD, DevOps
4. AWS/Azure/GCP Data Engineer
Must Have skills:
- Good Knowledge in Big Data
Writing high-performance, reliable, and maintainable code.
Ability to write Spark code from scratch using python/scala/java.
Understanding of Cloud [Azure/AWS/GCP] or On-prem [Cloudera/Hortonworks] big data
distributions.
Good knowledge of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
Familiarity with data loading and data transformation tools like sqoop, hive, spark streaming etc.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, applied to Big Data domain
Good aptitude in multi-threading and concurrency concepts.
Tools and Technologies Preferred :
- Azure : ADF, Data Lake Gen2, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Analysis Services, SparkScala, SparkSQL or PySpark
- AWS : Glue/S3/Athena/Redshift/DynamoDB/DataExchange/Pipeline
- GCP : Cloud Data Store, DataFlow, DataPrep, DataFusion, BigQuery, Bigtable, Cloud SQL, DataProc , Spark and Hadoop
Exposure to Devops methodologies and CI/CD frameworks
