Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation/Manual Testing (4-6 yrs)

Roles and Responsibility :

We are looking for Manual + Automation (70% manual and 30% automation) engineer. Please see below criteria for same:-

Responsibilities :

- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback

- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases

- Prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities

- Design, develop and execute automation scripts using using open source tools

- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs

- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs

- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements

- Adhere to quality assurance metrics, like defect leakage and open defect counts

- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Must have :

- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes

- Minimum 4-6 years of work experience in software quality assurance

- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test cases

- Hands on experience of web and mobile app testing

- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience with automated testing tools like selenium/appium

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

- Good analytical and problem solving skills

Good to have :-

- Experience in capital market domain

- Can join with in 15-20 days

- Experience with performance/security/Database testing is a plus

- Hands on experience in Project/test management tools like JIRA, Xray

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Computers

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
