Job Description
- Deep exposure of end to end Project life cycle development with technical skills Java/J2EE and Oracle.
- Having knowledge over Banking or Financing domain will be preference or added advantage.
- Effectively communicate project requirements to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion by Identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path.
- Help project team to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas.
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should have worked in the capacity of Project Manager for Java based Application Projects
- Understands business requirements with ability to translate them into effective technical design.
- Development Experience in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring, Multithreading, Data Structure, SQL/ Oracle
- Understanding of the overall Agile methodology and experience utilizing JIRA, GIT, Maven.
- Strong analytical and design skills and a team player with leading and project management abilities
