Job Profile
a. Liaise with the in Process and QC Personnel for product / process conformity and documentation / reports
b. Release the treated product while ensuring compliance with the respective protocol/technicalagreement; observe and record deviation, if any.
c. Ensure the awareness of regulatory and customer requirements throughout the organisation through training / meetings / notices /personal briefings etc.
d. Analyse all quality performance of Company by reviewing Quality records, Internal Quality Reports etc.
e. Be responsible, as applicable,for the GMP and Pharmaceutical Quality Systems requirements with respect to processing.
f. Be attending / facing Quality Audits and prepare related documentation
g. Co-ordinate all Corrective and Preventive Actions.
h. Irrespective of his/her responsibilities, when appointed as Management Representative (MR), will be responsible for ensuring that process of Quality Management Systems are established and maintained at the plant. He / She shall be responsible for preparation of Agenda and Minutes of Management Review Meetings.
i. MR will report to the Top Management on the performance of QMS, including need for improvement in management review meeting or/any other meeting. He/She shall also liaise with the Corporate QA / MR on all issues related to quality systems.
