Major Duties & Responsibilities:
#Tele sales and follow-ups, Field Sales (walk-ins and on prior appointments), Product Demo (online and onsite) to be supported by the Product Trainers, Networking on social media, Send personalized emails, Share Greetings and get engaged on industry related/formal conversations (if required).
#Greeting customers, engaging with them and building a rapport with them, on a daily basis.
#Building in-depth knowledge of the product and keeping up with product and/or feature updates.
#Keeping the customer updated about product modifications and new features.
#Leading customers through the product. Providing them with in-depth information and a tour of the product features. Conducting live demonstrations wherever needed and requested.
#Assessing the needs of customers and guiding them through their queries and/or issues.
#Implementing the standard operating procedures for carrying out sales processes.
#Executing daily, weekly, or monthly tasks assigned by the sales team manager.
#Actively participating in sales training meetings and also proactively interacting with the training team to fill the gaps of sales skills.
#Working in cooperation with the customer support team to provide top-quality customer service.
#Actively generating new leads and close sales. Achieving weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets.
#Build and deepen relationships with customers to achieve increase in share of credit points wallet and revenues through the direct sales channel.
#Provide professional customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction and retention.
#Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile, demographics and product scope.
#Serve as one-point contact to the mapped customers of the assigned geography.
#Cross selling of new products and services for both new and existing customers.
#Providing advisory for various products offered by ATPL to enhance the relationship value.
#Develop and maintain service relationships with select group of customers through individualized customer service.
#Generate new business to achieve defined targets in terms of no. of customers, volumes and revenue for the segment
#Achieve the budgeted cross sell targets.
#Ensure coverage of the customer base in accordance with business plans.

Desired Profile:
Must be Graduate or equivalent experience in Business related field
Ability to communicate fluently in the local languages (Bengali & Hindi) and in English
3-5 years experience in sales & marketing
Experience in B2B Sales is a must
Having prior 2 years sales experience in the Ed-Tech industry will be an added advantage
