You are responsible for:

• Defining and executing the E2E test strategy considering all levels of testing to gate the quality towards the releases
• Participates in the planning event and underpins the required effort towards the execution of the planned test activities for the backlogs to be delivered in the program increment
• Aligns with stakeholders and ensures testability to achieve 100% test coverage
• Focus on continuous improvements and optimization through test automation (SeeTest, Appium, Selenium, etc...) executed in CI approach, utilizing methodologies/test techniques, deriving best practices, etc...
• Prepares and shares the maturity insight of the project progress on a regular basis and provides recommendation towards the release
• Participate in the CCB meeting to ensure right priorities are defined for the bugs
• Manages the risks and dependencies towards the execution of the planned scope

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

• Master or Bachelor degree in SW Engineering, IT, Informatics, or equivalent
• Strong drive and experience in the field of Quality and verification, SW development
• 10 - 14 yrs Experience.
• Experience and certifications in the area of agile SW development is a benefit
• Experience and certifications in the area of Six Sigma and Lean culture is a benefit
• Strong and proven management skills for Testing, Quality integration teams
• Experience in Test Automation on various platforms (PC application, Mobile devices, Applications and Web related technologies) is a benefit
• Tools: SeeTest, Appium, Selenium
• Languages: Java, C#, Python, Pearl, etc..
• Proven track record in a high-speed product development environment
