We are a leading recruitment out sourcing company. Our well known Multinational client Company involved in the business of Medical instrument / Device. Requirement as follows.
Position:- Sales cum Lead generation Executive
Location:- Pune
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 2 to 4 Years experience
Job Description:
Responsibilities
Lead generation through Direct meeting, cold calling
Identifying suspects and prospects
Generate sales opportunities through targeted outbound campaigns
Use a strong researched backed, consultative approach in prospecting to
develop high-quality sales qualified leads.
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and the sales team
Report to sales development manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly
results
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Achieving enrolment targets (End to End Sales).
Required Skills and Qualifications
Prior experience in outbound B2B tech sales development / inside sales roles
(experience in Medical Device sales is preferred)
Proficient in English with Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of team.
The ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
Should be a go-getter and strategic thinker have the ability to multi-task
Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
Ability to build good rapport with clients
Have Market knowledge, and current market trends
Knowledge of MS Office
Salary As per market standards.
