Budget: 30 LPA to 35 LPA
Location: Unnao, Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh)
BTech Mechanical/ Industrial engineeringor/and, Master degree in business, management,
KRA,
A business head of Footwear Manufacturing unit with 15 Years + of experience , handling Production of big qty of shoes per day and annual turnover of unit 250 cores of business Independently. He will run all aspects of a company. Have to identify areas to improve profitability and help the business grow. He will involve careful strategic planning and positioning, or enhancing the operation of the business.
Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth.
Design daily operational programs that produce organizational objectives.
Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
Manage employee activities, providing suitable resources.
Ensure and understand the team size requirement, the need for change and what is required of them
Generate and maintain coordination the accounts & finance team, warehousing and logistics departments.
Establish and grow relationships with appropriate vendors and suppliers.
Establish cost parameters and manage the overall P&L of this uni.
Supervise employee production and counsel toward improved efficiency with internal processes that adhere to legal guidelines
Work with assistant managers to develop long-term strategic initiatives
Handle and maintain liaison with local various governmental bodies.
Skills and Qualifications:
B Tech Mechanical/ Industrial engineering or/and,Master degree in business, management,
At least 15 Years experience as a senior business manager/or higher relevant managerial role.
Strong capabilities with database and information systems software.
Proven experience with business and strategy development processes.
Proven ability with financial and budgetary processes.
Superior leadership skills, with a focus in employee coaching and development
Travel: Being a Head role, will be required to travel extensively across the country the globe for effective business coverage.
