JOB PROFILE :-
- Will be primarily responsible for managing entire Talent Acquisition function i.e.
- To plan the workforce requirement as per the business need in consultation with the HR Head
- To devise the workforce sourcing strategy in consultation with the HR Head
- Maintain job portal in sourcing the relevant resumes for the required position
- To assist in screening out all relevant resumes through telephonic / virtual interview
- Coordinate with the candidate and the functional head to organize face to face interview
- To assist in finalize the shortlisted candidate via salary negotiation / notice period / reference check etc.
- To make job offer and keeping a track to ensure the candidate joins the organization on decided date
- To assist in joining formalities, on boarding and final placement of the candidate
- Manage all recruitment vendors / job portal / social recruitment sites etc.
- Prepare and maintain proper recruitment MIS and keep it updated
- Other HR activities as and when required
Candidate description:
Must be a Graduate with around 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must be a computer literate
Preferably residing in nearby locality
